About me
A poet and 2024 graduate in the greater Boston area, Maria Zaki works with MassPoetry to speak volumes through her writing and bring the craft to a larger youth audience. Her focus is on spoken word and its outreach beyond the page, stage, building, and city. She recently went to the Brave New Voices Festival with MassPoetry, had her work featured on WBUR, and argued that there’s not much better than jazz and a good Granny Smith apple.
